Important Information Regarding Our Food Box Program

Program Guidelines & Strict Usage Policy:

• The type of assistance (food box or gift card) is determined by our team based on individual circumstances.
• Food boxes and gift cards are intended for personal or household use only and cannot be sold, traded, or transferred.
• Gift cards may not be used to purchase alcohol or cigarettes.
• A copy of the receipt must be submitted within 24 hours of the grocery purchase to remain eligible for future assistance. Submit receipts to zuriscirclembc@zuriscircle.org
• Recipients must follow all pick-up or delivery instructions to ensure smooth distribution.

STRICT DELIVERY POLICY:

• Delivery is limited to certain days and available only under specific circumstances determined by our team.
• If approved for delivery, you MUST BE PRESENT to receive the items at the scheduled time.
• Failure to accept a scheduled delivery may result in loss of future assistance.
